Tyre Ballooning

As we begin to get more grip from the track you may start to notice your front tyres ballooning, especially when coming out of corners. A couple of quick measures can be taken to prevent this completely:

1) Use duct/duck tape to belt the inside of your tyre. Just turn the tyre inside out and apply one complete revolution of tape. This pretty much eliminates all ballooning.
2) Use harder foams. Proline and Trinity do some good ones.
3) Increase the weight of your front and centre (where applicable) diff oil to more evenly distribute the power to all wheels. This will also alter the handling of your car depending on the grades used.
